How it works

1. Community-driven topics:

   At the start of each month, we share a list of topics for our community to vote on, allowing members to influence each month’s focus. We’re always open to new ideas and invite members to suggest topics that resonate with them.

2. Curated content for exploration:

   Once the topic is chosen, we share a set of free, online resources handpicked by our core community. These resources include articles, short videos, podcasts, and other content that dives into the month’s theme. The resources are not the only place to gain and study the topic but are to help you kick start learning and exploring the topic. We encourage participants to explore these resources or share similar ones they find valuable.

3. Interactive monthly session:

   On the day of the event, participants gather for an engaging, interactive session. The agenda includes:

   • Key takeaways – Participants share brief insights from their chosen resources.
   • Breakout discussions – Small groups discuss key findings and their practical applications.
   • Theming and analysis – The group identifies common themes, patterns, and new ideas.
   • Q&A – An open forum to discuss insights and questions.

   The session is a collaborative space to connect, learn, and broaden our understanding of today’s product design landscape.

4. Post-session summary:

   After each event, we share a summary capturing the top insights and themes discussed. This document is available to all participants as a reference and learning tool.
